Abstract The aim of this Decree is to regulate the setting out of functions and duties of the General Authority for the Protection of Marine Wealth, Environment and Wildlife. This Decree is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 entrusts the General Authority for the Protection of Marine Wealth, Environment and Wildlifethe to carry out their functions and duties according to Decrees No. 2 of 1995, No. 21 of 1996 and 20 of 2002. Article 2 decrees the designation of a chief for the Authority. Articles 3 and 4 specify the functions and duties of the Chief.
