Abstract

This Decree establishes the requirements for rational management and protection of subsoil in the process of mining and extraction of solid minerals. It shall be compulsory for all legal and physical persons that are subsoil managers. Mining and extraction of minerals shall be authorized in the presence of: (a) mining licence; (b) assessment of mineral reserves; (c) acceptance report on mineral deposit; (d) mining lease; (e) land use authorization and allotment of land; (f) core samples.
