Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, lays down: (a) requirements for maintaining operational records on stationary sources of air pollution; (b) the extent of additional data reported by district office on stationary source emissions and on their compliance with the emission limits and quotas; (c) requirements for the technical and operational parameters and technical and organizational measures, including measures to mitigate the effects of emergency situations.
