Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Health, which is composed of six articles and seven Annexes, lays down: details on the requirements for limiting exposure from natural ionizing radiation; details on the requirements for determination and assessment of content of natural radionuclides in building products and in supplied water, and extent of evidence measurement results; maximum permitted values of mass index of activity in building products and volume activities of selected natural radionuclides in supplied water; procedure for determining the volume activity of radon in soil air and permeability of the foundation soil and construction land for the construction of commercial buildings intended for people to stay longer than 1000 hours during calendar year and for the construction of residential buildings.
