Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes national plans for the eradication in bovine species of: brucellosis, tuberculosis and enzootic leucosis. It consists of 3 articles establishing the sanitary procedures to be applied in order to avoid the spreading of the aforesaid animal diseases (according to Council Directive No. 78/52 of 13 December).
