Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes sanitary procedures to prevent human and animal zoonoses diseases. It approves EC Council Directive No. 92/117 establishing protecting measures to combat zoonoses diseases in animals, animal products, animal feed, wild and domestic animals, etc. It also lays down controls to be carried out by the IPPAA and sanctions to be paid by offenders.
