This Decree-Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of 25 articles divided in 6 Chapters, defines the competences of the Authority entitled for carrying out sanitary controls, inspection and certification on fish products. In particular, the Decree-Law rules on its organization, competences and functions.
