Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 17 articles divided into two Chapters, establishes the procedures to approve Building Projects in the Integrated Tourism Development Zones (ZDTI) and the licensing of the respective works. In particular, it establishes the following: ZDTI's road infrastructures and service networks are carried out in harmony with the respective works projects prepared by the developer; the hotel, accommodation, commercial, social or leisure facilities are executed in harmony with the respective architectural building projects, prepared by the developer; the projects referred to in the previous numbers are approved by the entity responsible for the tourism development, within a maximum period of thirty days, counting from the date of delivery of the request.
