Abstract This Decree-Law establishes for the year 2023, tariffs and other charges for multi-municipal water supply and sanitation systems, under the terms of the concession contracts relating to: a) multi-municipal water supply and sanitation system of the Coastal Agency of Portugal (Centro Litoral de Portugal), created by Decree-Law No. 92/2015 of 29 May; b) multi-municipal water supply and sanitation system in the North of Portugal, created by Decree-Law No. 93/2015 of 29 May; c) multi-municipal water supply and sanitation system in the Tagus Valley, created through Decree-Law No. 94/2015 of 29 May; d) multi-municipal water supply system in the south of Greater Porto, created through Decree-Law No. 16/2017 of 1 February; e) multi-municipal sanitation system of Greater Porto, created through Decree-Law No. 16/2017 of 1 February; f) multi-municipal water supply and sanitation system in the Algarve, created by Decree-Law No. 93/2019 of 15 July. In addition, it also amends Decree-Law No. 16/2021 of 24 February, amended by Decree-Law No. 124/2021, of 30 December amending the system of multi-municipal systems collection, treatment and disposal of effluents.
