Abstract

This Decree-Law approves the Regulation on classification and packaging and labelling of chemical and dangerous substances. It consists of 13 articles establishing the requirements to be met by the aforementioned substances in order to be placed on the market. It specifies information to be given, classification, standards, labelling and packaging requirements in order to avoid environmental pollution and the risk of toxicity for human health.
