Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 17 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes the bases of the National Quality System of Cape Verde (SNQC), which aims to guarantee and develop Quality Standards, through entities that join efforts to establish principles and means, as well as develop actions that allow to achieve adequate quality standards and the demonstration of their effective achievement, considering involved activities, their agents and results in the various sectors of society.
