Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 20 Chapters, establishes the legal regime of license and concession for water resources use. It applies for all activities related to: potable and treated water production, including transport, processing, storage and desalinization. Water supply, including distribution and selling re-used waters for public uses, in particular for industry and agriculture. Collecting services, effluent treatment and re-use, including rain water.
