This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 10 articles and 3 Annexes, introduces in the national legal system EC Council Directive No. 2007/61/CE amending EC Council Directive No. 2001/114/CE ruling on requirements and measures to be satisfied for processing, labelling, distribution and introduction of certain conserved milk partially or totally dehydrated for human consumption, such as: evaporated semi-skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk powder, dried semi-skimmed milk, etc.
