This Decree-Law shall enter into force 30 days after publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law concerns the new Statute of the National Institute of Fisheries Development (INDP). It consists of 39 articles specifying: responsibilities, competencies, organization and activities of the aforementioned authority. The main purpose of the INDP is the development of fishing techniques in order to achieve a better exploitation of fisheries resources. Chapter II describes the structure by listing composition and duties of each administrative local service and council. Chapter III regulates financial management, taxes, etc.
