Abstract This Decree-Law is composed of 14 articles and three Annexes. It rules on the management of waste originated from piles and accumulators, with the aim of preventing the production of waste and supporting recycling and other valorization practices. The Decree-Law regulates management objectives, action plans, restrictions to the commercialization. Finally, it defines monitoring and control procedures.
