This Decree-Law enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law approves EC Directive No. 91/157 on solid waste disposal. It consists of 14 articles and 3 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied for solid waste disposal (in particular used batteries and potentially polluting residues).
