This Decree-Law enters into force after 6 months from its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 Chapters, divided into 32 articles, establishes the Regulation on monitoring and quality control of production and marketing of agricultural fertilizers within the national territory. It also provides for the quality control bodies responsible for fertilizer materials, dealing with administrative and legal proceedings including authorization, classification, packaging, production, labelling, marketing, import, storage and transportation, inspection, supervision and penalties.
