This Decree-Law enters into force six months after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law regulates characteristics, standards and packaging requirements of coffee and its surrogate (including coffee mixture standards). It consists of 12 articles establishing the standards to be met by different coffee varieties (and its surrogates) in order to be produced and traded (in particular related to packaging and labelling conditions).
