This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law regulates tourism within wildlife areas. It consists of 5 chapters regulating touristic activities to be performed within wildlife protected areas, including the construction of infrastructures according to the national preservation of natural heritage. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. 1); Competencies of the General Direction of Tourism (2); Installation of infrastructures (3); Exploitation and method to use such infrastructure (4); Controls and sanctions (5); Final provisions (6).
