This Decree-Law enters into force on the day of publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the obligation of animal vaccination (repeated every two year) in order to combat swine and bovine foot-and-mouth disease (5 articles). Illegal activity shall be punished by General Direction of Veterinary Services, according to article 14 of Decree-Law No. 39209 of 14 May 1953.
