Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 61 articles divided into 6 Titles, implements the legal regime for land expropriation. In developing the legal regime established by Law No. 12/92/M of 17 August, and in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 13 of the Macau Statute, the Governor decrees the following issues: Declaration of public land utility and authorization of administrative land tenure (Title I); Expropriation compensation (Title II); Process of expropriation (Title III); Payment of compensations (Title IV); Reversion expropriated goods (Title V); Final and transitional provisions (Title VI).
