Abstract

This Decree-Law regulates the use for human and animal consumption of products originated from bovine, sheep and goats according to EC Decision No. 97/534 of 30 June 1997. It consists of 12 articles and 4 Annexes prohibiting the use for any purpose of products originated from the aforesaid animal species, whose symptoms are those of spongiform encephalopathy disease.
