This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of 17 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the conditions for the commercialization of frozen, deep frozen and defrost fishery and aquaculture products. It rules on temperature, labelling and sale standards and establishes the procedures for calculating net weight. It establishes, as controlling authorities, the Inspectorate-General for Economic Activities (IGAE) and the e General Direction for Food Quality Control Surveillance (DGFCQA).
