Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 49 articles divided into six Chapters, under the Basic Law No. 6/2017 for Territorial Planning, establishes the legal regime for territorial planning instruments. In particular, it specifies the regime for coordinating the national and municipal context for the territorial management system and the approval, execution and evaluation of territorial management instruments.
