This Decree-Law enters into force 30 days after publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes edible oil requirements. It consists of 20 articles specifying requirements to be satisfied by edible oils, oil treating methods, etc. It lists different types of edible oils and prescribes labelling and packaging requirements as well as prohibited practises.
