Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 21 articles divided into five Chapters, establishes the regime of tariffs and prices of electricity, as well as the conditions of access to the public electricity distribution and supply network, including the control and inspection rules. The regime provided for in this Decree-law applies to all consumers of electricity from the national public distribution network. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Licensing for electrical installation (Chap. II); Offences and penalties (Chap. III); Competence and procedures for imposing sanctions (Chap. IV); Final provisions (Chap. V).
