This Decree-Law enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes forest protection measures within 10 years from fires. It establishes 10 years-prohibited activities to be performed within forests affected by fires, such as: land division for building construction purposes (with urban, industrial or turistic purposes), illegal tree logging or non wild flora species collection for introducing exotic species, etc.
