Abstract

This Decree-Law enforces the Convention of Berna on Wildlife and Natural Habitats in Europe. It consists of 19 articles establishing flora and fauna protecting measures and regulating hunting activity to be performed within Portuguese territory. Sanctions to be paid by offenders are established in the text according to Decree-Law No. 433/82 of 27 October.
