Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of 26 articles and two Annexes, regulates the disposal and the related control procedures for the municipal, industrial and other solid waste. In particular, the Decree-Law rules on waste prevention and recovery, the disposal authorization procedures, the related sanctions and control measures. Annex I refers to landfill of waste; Annex II refers to other waste disposal operations.
