Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 15 articles, creates the support programme for simple rural land consolidation, called “Parcelling to Order”. The Programme aims to promote simple rural consolidation with a view to increasing the physical and economic dimension of rustic buildings. “Parcelling to Order” is intended to support simple rural land reparcelling actions, carried out under article 7 of Law No. 111/2015 of 27 August, in vulnerable territories defined under the terms of the regime applicable to the reconversion of the landscape, up to the maximum resizing surface, fixed by Order No. 219/2016 of 9 August, in its current wording. In the case of forestry lands, the maximum area fixed for rainfed land is considered. The “Parcelling to Order” is financed by the Permanent Forest Fund (FFP), which ensure the financial charges resulting from the application of this Decree-Law. The annual allocation for each support is fixed by order of the member of Government responsible for the FFP, according to the budget allocation available for that purpose and transferred to the Agriculture and Fisheries Financing Institute, I. P. (IFAP, I.P.). Full text Portuguese Website dre.pt
