Abstract

This Order regulates mineral water exploitation and marketing according to EC Council Directive No. 80/777 of 15 July. It consists of 6 articles concerning mineral water and labelling requirements and specifying fees to be paid to national authorities, as well as sanctions to be paid by offenders.
