This Law Decree is composed of 73 Articles, XI Chapters and VII Annexes and it reviews all aspects of animal wellbeing (hygiene, transportation means, feeding and nursing, chirurgical interventions). Chapter III specifies lodging and maintenance for reproduction means as well as for pet animal vending. Chapter VII includes norms for circuses, competitions, fairs and similar entertainment events.
