Abstract This Decree-Law establishes the control on imports, trade and use of pesticides. It consists of 6 chapters defining all sectors involved in the aforementioned activity and specifying the requirements to be met by pesticides in order to be used, imported or traded. Controls and inspections on such pesticides are carried out by the competent authority. Fees to be paid for illegal use are specified in chapter 6.
