Entry into force notes
This Decree-Law shall enter into force after 120 days from publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the requirements for quick frozen food preparation, labelling and packaging. It consists of 11 articles specifying the requirements to be met by the aforementioned treated food and establishing definitions and conditions to be satisfied for producing, using and placing on the market these food. Labelling and packaging requirements are specified in the text.
