Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes sanitary requirements in order to import from non-EC countries: bovine, swine, ovine, caprine, soliped and cloven-hoofed of wild animal species. It consists of 5 articles establishing that the aforementioned fresh meat trade shall be allowed only if sanitary requirements are satisfied.
