Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 36 articles and four Annexes, regulates the labelling of foodstuff to be delivered directly to the final consumer. The provisions of this Decree-Law applies to the labelling of foodstuffs to supply restaurants, hospitals, canteens and other similar caterers, as well as certain aspects of label presentation and advertising.
