Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of 17 articles and 6 Annexes, defines the provisions applicable to prior extinction of energy acquisition contracts (CAE) between the National Network of Electric Transport and Energy (RNT) and the bodies entitled with a limited energy production license supplying the Public Electricity Service System (SEP), as set out under article 15 of the Decree-law No. 182/95.
