Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 15 articles and 1 Annex, approves the Inspectorate-General on Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Land Planning (IGAMAOT), which will be under the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Land Planning (MAMAOT). This Inspectorate is a Central Service with autonomous administration. Its functions are to manage and control the services delivered by MAMAOT in the areas of: environment and land planning, guaranteeing the compliance with legal activities.
