Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes rules on poultry slaugthering, deboning, cutting and marketing. It consists of 5 articles laying down sanitary procedures to be carried out for slaughtering and marketing of poultry species. It defines fresh poultry meat and specifies sanitary requirements for trading such products in national territory.
