Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 10 articles, establishes the fusion of the Agency for Regulation and Supervision of Pharmaceutical and Food Products (ARFA) and the National Agency for Food Security (ANSA), performed through the transfer all the competencies, duties and legal functions, rights and obligations of ANSA to the ARFA, as established by the new Statute of ARFA (composed of 4 Chapters in Annex).
