This Decree-Law enters into force 60 days after publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 77/101 of 27 November, concerning animal feed marketing. It consists of 9 articles laying down the requirements to be satisfied for placing on the market simple-ingredients for preparing animal feed. It defines animal feed requirements and establishes authorized additives, maximum residue limits of pesticides in order to guarantee animal and human health, fees to be paid, etc.
