Abstract

This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 1999/89 on sanitary control to be carried out on communitary trade of fresh poultry meat and imports originating from third countries. It consists of 4 chapters establishing the sanitary conditions to be satisfied and controls to be carried out in order to trade the aforesaid fresh meat products.
