Abstract This Decree-Law is composed of nine articles and two Annexes. It implements EC Directive No. 2004/14/CE materials and objects made of regenerated cellulose to be used with foodstuff. In particular, the Decree defines standards and requirements for its creation and use restrictions. Moreover, it regulates compliance certification and sanctions. The annexes provide a list of substances authorised in the construction of cellulose films.
