This Decree-Law enters ito force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles, creates the National Committee of Codex Alimentarius (CNCA). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: elaborating the CCNA proposals; appointing the delegates for representing the country in different meetings of CNCA and its organs; giving advice to the Government on decisions to be taken related to Codex alimentarius rules and their implementation; designating technical sub-committees, according to the different needs, etc.
