Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 articles, applies to products of the wine sector certificated to 'Appellation of Origin (DO) or Geographical Indication (GI)' and not certified wine sector products, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Community Customs Code (CAC) and the provisions governing the wine sector of the Common Organisation of Agricultural Products Markets (OCM). Certificates of origin for wine certified products are issued exclusively by certification bodies of DO and IG respective designated according to Decree-Law No. 212/2004 of 23 August.
