This Decree-Law enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes that land use plannings must be regulated according to environmental impact assessment program. It consists of 11 articles and 3 annexes defining requirements to be met for projects' approval. This Decree-Law also lays down all information to be done for obtaining a project approval and prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders.
