Entry into force notes
This Decree-Law enters into force the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law is composed of 22 articles. It defines the characteristics and requirements of the vinagre used for human consumption. In particular, it provides a classification of vinagre and regulates processing and labelling. Moreover, it defines forbidden substances and methods for control as well analysis. Finally, it rules on a registry and applicable sanctions for non-compliance with the requirements set under this Decree-Law.
