This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 23 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the transferring the jurisdictional regime of harbours used for fishing and maritime purposes from the Port and Maritime Transport Institution, so called IPTM, I.P., to the Docapesca Harbours and Lotes, S.A. The company Docapesca replaces IPTM, I.P., in functions related to port authority within fishing harbours and recreational maritime matters under its jurisdiction. Annex lists all port areas involved in this jurisdictional transfer.
