This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes quality standards to be satisfied by mineral water in order to be placed on the market. It consists of 16 articles and 3 Annexes specifying natural mineral water quality standards, water springs requirements and regulating its exploitation, packaging, labelling and trade. Annexes list organoleptic characteristics, conditions to be met by water exploitation installations, etc.
