Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles and 1 Annex, creates the General Direction for Energy and Geology (DGEG). It establishes competencies, duties and composition of the above mentioned Direction, entitled to contribute to design, promote and assess policies related to energy and geological resources, in a sustainable development framework.
